11:45 - 2:15 (Monday - Friday)
Dryland training first, then on-ice
Open to boys and girls!
6 years-old minimum.
Five (5) days of skills training
Led by Luke Gramer and his elite-level teammates.
1 hour 15 minutes of daily ice time + 1 hour of dryland training
Q&A with Luke and coaches

On-Ice first, then Dryland
Open to boys and girls! 12-15 years-old.
Five (5) days of defense-specific skills training
Led by Luke Gramer and his elite-level teammates.
1 hour 15 minutes of daily ice time + 1 hour of defense specific dryland training
